FrensX helps you post and reply on X (Twitter) with manual-first tools. We do not automate posting. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect your data.

Data We Collect

• Account data (email, display name) if you create a FrensX account or sign in.
• Authentication: a short-lived token stored locally to keep you signed in.
• Usage: minimal logs (timestamps, feature use, credits spent) for reliability and billing.
• Website content: tweet text you select for optional AI suggestions when you click a button. We only send the text necessary to fulfill your request.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect health information, payment card numbers, personal communications, web history, or unrelated browsing data.

How We Use Data

• Provide features (sign-in, credits, AI suggestion on request).
• Operate and improve FrensX (reliability, anti-abuse, analytics in aggregate).
• Support and account communications.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate FrensX (e.g., infrastructure, payment, AI provider) under contractual safeguards and only for the stated purposes.

AI Providers

If you request an AI suggestion, your prompt text is sent to our AI provider solely to generate a response. We do not allow AI providers to use your data for training unless otherwise stated by the provider and consented to.

Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Local tokens remain in your browser until you sign out or clear storage. Operational logs are retained for a limited period needed for billing and security.

Your Choices

• Sign out or clear local storage to remove local tokens.
• Contact us to access, correct, or delete your account data where applicable.

Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
